Fortune is out with its yearly list of the "World's Most Admired Companies," and a few Minnesota companies made the list. Target is the highest-ranked Minnesota company again this year. They moved up 10 spots from last year and sit at number 22 out of more than 300 companies. Two other Minnesota companies made the list as well - 3M came in at number 29, and Best Buy sits in the 83rd rank this year. Apple topped the list for the 13th year in a row. Here are the top 10:

  9. Costco Wholesale

The ranking of "corporate reputation" published by Fortune every year is based on a survey of nearly 3,800 executives, directors, and analysts. Those individuals are asked to select the 10 companies they admire most from 52 industries, ranking them in nine categories including investment value, quality of management, social responsibility, and ability to attract talent. -KARE11
