Rochester, Minnesota is #3 Best Place to Live in the Midwest

I know a lot of people complain about the Med City but apparently, we are living in a pretty good place.  The road construction is a bit on the ridiculous side, but we also have some of the best roads in any town that I've lived in...and all of those towns are in the midwest and didn't show up on this top 25 list.

I must say, as an Iowa State University alumni, seeing Iowa City, Iowa as a top 25 contender did make my heart break a little bit.  I honestly had a tough time just typing the name of the town...it hurts that much and my fingers just wanted to type Ames, Iowa instead because...well...it is better.

Southeast Minnesota is still in the heart of the good 'ol Midwest and finding steak isn't tough, but if you are looking for a place that has THE BEST, here's a list of places in and around Rochester, Minnesota that you might want to visit.
