. The meetings will be open-house-style meetings where the public can discuss deer and deer management.

Department of Natural Resources staff will be on hand to answer questions  about last year's harvest, share observations and offer a preview of the updated draft Chronic Wasting Disease Response Plan which will be formally released next month.Other discussion topics include a proposed statewide youth deer hunting season.

The meeting in or area will be Tuesday, March 26 from 6-8pm at Rice Lake State Park. Attendees are welcome to come and go when they wish during the two hour window.

Those who can't attend may offer their thoughts or ask questions by contacting a local wildlife manager. A list of area wildlife offices is available online at the DNR Wildlife Offices web site.
