Youth 1st Barbecue This Week in Owatonna

Cash Wise Foods of Owatonna is hosting and sponsoring a Youth 1st Barbecue on Thursday, April 21, and Friday, April 22, from 11AM to 7PM.

Stop by and enjoy a full rack of ribs for $10. You may also choose a rib meal, which includes two sides and drink for $8. Picnic seating will be set up outside Cash Wise for outdoor dining, or takeout is available.

There will also be prize giveaways. A gas grill along with a $100 Cash Wise Meat Gift Card will be given away. Thursday there will be a drawing for St. Paul Saints tickets. Friday there will be Twins tickets given away along with an autographed Twins prize. Friday at 6PM there will be a Sauce Off contest. Cash Wise will provide a section of smoked ribs for each contestant, who will then add their favorite sauce and spice. There are still openings for this competition.

Proceeds to benefit the Youth 1st Team Awards program, which recognizes local youth players, coaches and parents for positive conduct and sportsmanship.
