How disturbing, a Wisconsin couple has been accused of stealing a Salvation Army Red Kettle from Walgreen's in Caledonia, on December 21st. The kettle was unattended, but in the entrance to the store. Racine County prosecutors say that Alicia Wojtowicz, admitted to stealing the kettle after it was found in her garage. Jacob Doppke was also charged in the theft.

The kettle contained about $200 when it was taken, and it was locked in order to prevent theft, however, the whole stand was taken and loaded into a van that Doppke was driving. The couple was identified after a surveillance photo was posted on Facebook asking for help.

I find this frustrating and disturbing, that someone would take a Salvation Army kettle, that close to Christmas, and for about $200. Check here for the whole story.
