This beautiful home is conveniently located in between Owatonna and Medford on 2305 Clinton Falls. It's got great bones and a lot of promise.

The house itself was built in 1977, but the inside offers a peek into a more modern setting. What's even better is the fact that the house sits on 3.66 acres of land.

The Owatonna community is a great one, but even so, it's nice to have some room away from the buzz of the city. I mean look at that space...Oh boy, I think I'm convinced, add my name to the list!

What's even better is the charming fire pit in the yard.

The inside is equally as intriguing. The woodwork is modern and quite stunning, and the appliances are in great condition.

I personally love the open window concept of the dining room. Natural light is everything! Very charming.

In addition, the house accommodates three bedrooms and two baths, one full and one half.

I'd say this house has a little bit of everything. From a rugged, farmhouse exterior to an extremely modern, homey interior. Not to mention, the amount of land! I can picture it now: four-wheeling daily.

Unfortunately for me, I still have plenty of student debt to keep my bank busy, so I guess I'll stick to apartment living and driving four-wheeling in my dreams.
