If you are looking for something fun and unique to do well, look no further! you should definitely check out Emery Acres Flower Farm; a place where you can pick your own flowers and put together your own bouquet arrangement!
Emery Acres Flower Farm is a new family-owned business on the east side of Rosemount! according to the about page on their website the farm "was founded and operated by Connie Merriman and her daughter Alicia Merriman... Connie and her husband have lived on the farm since 1996. It has always been their dream to use their land in a business and share the beauty of their gardens. During the winter of 20/21, Connie and Alicia decided to give it a go!"
what is so incredible about this place is that they have options for you to come on self-service days or come on full-service days where staff will help assist you and help make beautiful bouquets! Once you arrive you are given instructions, a pitcher and shears, and then can explore the gardens with over 100 varieties of flowers to choose from. What is nice is that Emery Acres has pitchers for you to use so you can cut the flowers you want and keep them fresh until you are done (and they even have little pitchers for kids)!
According to their website a regular pitcher will cost $25, a kids pitcher costs $15, and you can even buy a bucket for $100 where you can keep all the flowers you pick (they explained a regular pitcher holds 20-25 stems). Once you are done, you have the option of having the staff floral wrap your flowers for you or you can browse their vase collection and buy one there!
