The Minnesota State Patrol has identified the Faribault woman involved in a single vehicle accident that happened Monday morning on I-35 in Webster Township, Rice County.

Rubi Orbe Linares, 38, was wearing her seat belt according to the State Patrol Report and the vehicle airbag did deploy.

The State Patrol Report says Linares was southbound when her 2012 Chrysler Town and Country Van left the roadway and crashed into median cables.

Dispatch received the call at 9:24 a.m.

The Rice County Sheriff, Lonsdale Fire and North Ambulance assisted the Minnesota State Patrol at the scene.

The report also states the Faribault woman was transported to the Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis with non-life threatening injuries.

The report adds alcohol was not involved.

Traffic was backed up for multiple hours following the mishap.
