Superintendent Mark Ristau joined Medford Mayor Lois Nelson on AM 1390's Talk of the Town this week. Enrollment so far is at 923 which is an increase of about 25 students. Medford is around one third open enrolled. There are several grades already filled with several approaching capacity. The patching and sealing of the parking lot is finishing up. Plans are to re configure the lot next year.

The week of August 19 will be teacher orientation with the following week dedicated to workshops and in service.

Later this month will mark a first for Medford schools. The Tiger cross country team which is the defending conference champs will host their first ever home cross country meet. Medford which does not have a cross country path will host a meet at the River Bend Nature Center in Faribault on August 23.
