Minneapolis Police awarded Domino's employee, Kevin Clover, with the ‘Chief’s Award of Merit’ after his help in a situation. Minneapolis Police posted about Kevin receiving the plaque on their Facebook page.

They explain in the post that in early April, Minneapolis Police Officers were assisting two young girls. They were "transporting two children away from their home in Minneapolis to their sister’s home in St. Paul". The girls mentioned that they hadn't anything to eat since the day before, so the officers stopped at the Domino's Pizza on Grand Ave.

They explained to Kevin what was going on and he immediately got to work getting the girls a meal, plates, utensils, and a 2-liter drink. The officers tried to pay for the food but Kevin refused "and thanked them instead."

Chief Medaria Arradondo presented the plaque to Kevin on Wednesday. It was a complete surprise, but someone like Kevin definitely deserves this acknowledgment for this act of kindness!
