The Owatonna Foundation recently announced a grant to the Steele County Free Fair. The grant is to be used for HVAC for the Muckle Building. The grant totals around $6,000. The ventilation and air conditioning will not only benefit fair attendees but also will prove vital in the storage of the various memorabilia that is on display in the Muckle. Work is expected to start soon.

The Foundation will have their annual meeting on Tuesday, June 20. It's believed that sometime after the meeting another Foundation grant will announced.
