Paint The Town Deadline Approaching

The deadline to apply for the Southern Minnesota Initiative Foundation's Paint the Town grant is Tuesday, May 15. Communities in the Foundation's 20 county area with populations under 10,000 are eligible for free paint and coating products. This is the result of a partnership between the Foundation and eleven are Ace Hardware stores. The paint can be used for murals, welcome signs, historic structure projects etc. The paint is from Clark Kensington and Valspar.

A total of 10 projects will be awarded paint products based on visual impact, public benefit, volunteer participation and community support. It's a chance to save a lot of money and spruce our your town at the same time.
