Service Held Monday for Third Minnesota National Guard Member

Perham, MN (KROC AM News) - The final service for the Minnesota National Guard members who were killed in a helicopter crash was held Monday.

The funeral for Chief Warrant Officer 2 Charles P. Nord was held at Perham High School. Nord was married and the father of a young girl. His wife is expecting a boy. He was one of three Guard members killed when the helicopter they were taking for a maintenance test flight crashed near St. Cloud Dec. 5th.

The funeral for Chief Warrant Officer 2 James Rogers Jr. was held Sunday.

The service for Warrant Officer Candidate Kort Plantenburg was held last Thursday.
