In the last week or 10 days, I've seen three new for-sale signs, including this one at 534 14th Avenue SW, Rochester, Minnesota is one of those homes. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces (one gas and one wood), and in the back yard, a nice three-season porch.

The actual quote from the real estate description is "Behind its shy exterior..." and if you check out the picture up there, it isn't showing itself out. The Curb Appeal is, well, meh, but the home inside is nice.
