Coach Don Henderson is in his final season at the helm of the Triton Cobras. I am sure he would love to get into the quarterfinals of the state tournament.

Only one team stands in their way. And it's a big way. The Cobra's lost their only game of this season to the team they will face in Rochester Friday night. The Caledonia Warriors.

The Warriors went undefeated. 9-0. And the Cobra's only lost by 7 points the first time around. Triton brings to the table outstanding quarterback Brady Essig, Drew Kelly will run the ball a bit, along with Hunter Jennings, who set a new school rushing record after the game with Lewiston-Altura.

Owen King will lead the offense for the Warriors.

Rochester Regional Sports Stadium is the battlefield tonight. And if everything is on time, coverage will start at 7:45pm on KDHL 920 and kdhlradio.com.

the winner faces either Minneapolis North or Maple Lake on Nov. 10 in Burnsville.
