Mark Woodrich has brought a number of acts into Owatonna over the years. He stopped by the studio this morning with some info on tonight's 11 at 7 concert in Central Park. The featured artist, The Jeffrey Foucault Band has some interesting bigger time connections. The peddle steel player, Eric Heywood has played with the Pretenders and former Eagle Don Henley has recorded  songs written by Foucault. Drummer, Billy Conway, an Owatonna native is known for his association with the band Morphine. He was also nominated for a Grammy. Mark told me Billy played hockey at Yale in his younger days.

Tonights opening act Dusty Heart has Owatonna ties as well.

Ticket prices The Jeffrey Foucault Band have been going for around $35 on his current tour. Take advantage. For tonight it's free in Central Park, Owatonna.
