40 Food Trucks, One Epic Event: Minnesota's Food Truck Extravaganza Is This Weekend

40 food trucks will be serving food all day (Saturday, June 17) from 11:00 AM until 8:00 PM. There will be a ton of different food options, plus a beer and wine tent, live music, and fun activities.

This is a family and pet-friendly event so bring your kids and your dogs! Your pet must be on a leash but your kids can run wild.

There will be games to keep your kids entertained and a marketplace full of local vendors.

Which Food Trucks Will Be At The Food Truck Extravaganza

This event will feature traditional truck foods like cheese curds and mini-donuts and a lot more. There's a Thai street food truck, a teppanyaki truck, and a cheesecake truck. Here's the list of participating vendors:
