Fall sports registration opened on Monday, July 18, for Owatonna High School students. Families need to go through FeePay to sign up for sports.

The cost per sport is $155 or $78 if student qualifies for free lunch. A current physical must also be on file. Mayo Health System will offer physicals for girls on Tuesday, August 2, and for boys on Wednesday, August 3, from 6-7PM each night. A sports physical form can be downloaded from www.owatonnaactivities.com.

Other dates to remember leading up to school include Monday, August 8, when activity passes go on sale, and OHS picture days on Wednesday, August 24, and Thursday, August 25.

Fall sports practice officially opens on Monday, August 15. Huskies girls tennis will be the first sport to open varsity competition when they play Monday, August 22. Volleyball, boys soccer and girls cross country open on Thursday, August 25. Girls soccer plays its first game Saturday, August 27. Boys cross country begins Tuesday, August 30. The girls swimmers start their season Thursday, September 1. OHS football kicks off their season Friday, September 2, hosting Mankato West.
