If you can't celebrate with your mom in person, please carve out some time to give her a call and think about sending her a gift too. Might I suggest wine and cupcakes?

Now if you do have some time to celebrate with your mom this weekend, you don't even have to go to the store to get the wine and cupcakes, you just have to grab some tickets to Lynfred Winery's Mother's Day Wine & Cupcake pairing.

I grew up about 10 minutes from Lynfred, so I'm very familiar with their wines and I suggest if you stop by this weekend you consider tasting a glass of their cranberry wine, it's my absolute fave.

Your Wine and Cupcake pairing ticket includes a flight of three wines along with three cupcakes from SmallCakes Cupcakery in South Barrington.

You'll get a lemon drop cupcake, a pink chocolate cupcake and a hot fudge sundae cupcake.

Lynfred is providing a suggested flight for the cupcakes, but you can swap them out for your favorite varietals if you'd like. For Lynfred members, the ticket is $20, for non-members it's $25 each.

The best part... there's no assigned time to arrive. You just have to stop by Saturday or Sunday between 11am and 5pm to redeem your flights.
