Huskies baseball capped their week with a double header sweep of Mankato East 5-1 and 3-2 Friday at Siebert Field at the University of Minnesota.

Jacob Gauthier and Matt Bothun handled the starting duties for Owatonna (5-2). Kodey Kiel and Brock Hanson closed out the games. The Huskies are on a four-game winning streak after playing five games in five days in four cities. A loss to top-five ranked Minnetonka started off the week. The Huskies have followed that game with wins at Albert Lea, Rochester Century and the Friday sweep in Minneapolis.

OHS hosts Red Wing on Tuesday and plays at Rochester Mayo on Thursday, April 28.
