Owatonna eighth-grader Lindsay Bangs climbed the podium three times Saturday at the individual AA state gymnastics meet at the University of Minnesota Sports Pavilion.

Owatonna coach Tom Smith said of Bangs' performance, "Tonight she hit a nearly perfect meet." He added, "she nails the beam a little bit more and she finds herself probably close to second."
